Protect Your Online Assets

Protect Your Online Assets

From computer giants such as Apple, to small time local internet cafes…court cases and serious legal battles are springing up against internet businesses.

Cases cover everything from slander to piracy, to infringement of trademark to patent holders coming out of the woodworks to wreak havoc on huge firms. No firm seems to be immune; Microsoft, The Red Cross, Barnes & Noble-they’ve all faced complicated and costly court cases.

So what does this have to do with you, the little player in a big pond? The truth is, you and the rest of us are just as open to business meltdown through one small, overlooked aspect of our online activity, and it is simply frightening to see how many people are blithely walking the tightrope of facing legal action without even knowing it.

Affiliates who use trademarks in their domain name, or those who copy articles without republishing rights, plus a myriad of other “under the radar” details that you might have previously thought were not an issue, may be affected by lawsuits of this type.

However, in exchange for the risk, there are rewards. Did you know there are ways to reduce your advertising costs, your cost of rent/mortgage, your bills, your education and travel expenses to big seminars-all through the legal and taxation system? This is not just in the United States, but worldwide.

In this review, we’ve focused in on a new product online players Jeremy Gislason and Simon Hodgkinson called ProtectYourOnlineAssets.com. With the help of two credible lawyers, Catherine Cary and Garrett Sutton, Jeremy and Simon pull back the curtain on the little known laws, pitfalls and benefits of online legalities and tax issues.

Let’s take a look inside “Protect Your Online Assets”:

boxAccording to all the conversations in the marketing forums, reading all the talk on social networks, or in just glancing at some of the announcement of products that have been released in the past few months, you’ll probably know that making money with blogging is one of the hottest activities on the Internet right now, not just for marketers but pretty much anyone with something to say.

But it’s one thing to throw a blog out there and hope for a few readers, yet a completely different ballgame trying to get paid anything more than a few pennies per week for doing so.

So when I noticed Rob Benwell’s revised “Blogging To The Bank 3.0,” I had to see what all the fuss was about, and whether this is something worth paying attention to. After all, we know how much potential lies in a successful blog (think hundreds of thousands of dollars per year), but can a guide like this really show us how to go from obscurity to a money-churning blogging machine in easy to follow steps?

Rob Benwell’s Blogging to the Bank 3.0 book is the sequel to his revised Blogging to the Bank 2.0 that was a Clickbank best seller. As with most information products like this, the big question is how much money you can make, and how much (or little) you have to work to make it, then backed up by an author who can show proof that his or her system works. That’s the case here, with Rob claiming income of over $30,000 per month from his blogs.

That’s what made me decide to investigate Blogging To The Bank 3.0 to see what all the fuss is about, and whether this is something worth paying attention to. After all, we all know how much potential lies in a successful blog, but can a guide like this really show us how to go from blog obscurity to a money churning online machine in easy to follow steps? Let’s see…
